Thakandhoo
Haa Alifu. Thakandhoo looks like a potato to me. Thakandhoo is one of the inhabited islands in Haa Alif Atoll. It is geographically a part of the North end of the Thiladhunmathi Atoll in the North end of the Maldives.
The Island consists of 950−1,100 people including foreigners. The tomb of Ali Thakurufaanu, who was killed in 1572 during a battle against the invading Portuguese, is located on this island.
